Bio/Background/Education

In 1987 I received a Bachelors of Science degree in finance from the Leeds School of Business in Boulder Colorado. My first year out of school I began working for a start-up computer company. I was employee #13.  We grew the company to over 100 employees until being purchased by a fortune 500 organization. From 1999-2003 I held the position of Vice President for Ameri-Cal Floral Corporation.  Ameri-Cal Corporation acted as the distribution and sales arm for two of the largest cut flower rose growers in the United States.  I began my career in Real Estate in an effort to put my past business experience to to use in running my own business.  I believe strongly that my finance education and past business experience have given me the tools and communication skills required for negotiating and managing real estate transactions.

I have lived in Santa Cruz County since 1979.  I am a graduate of Aptos High School and currently have two children attending elementary school in the Pajaro District.

My focus has been primarily in the listing and sale of Single Family Residential, Land and Investment properties throughout the Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay area.
